Douglas G. Houser

Mr. Houser, 72, a director since 1970, and has been a partner in the Portland, Oregon law firm of Bullivant, Houser, Bailey since 1965. Mr. Houser is a trustee of Willamette University and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has served as a member of the board of governors and treasurer of the Oregon State Bar Association as well as a director of the Rand Corporation, Institute for Civil Justice Board of Overseers.
