Biography

Ronald D. McCray is NIKE, Inc.'s Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He has responsibility for strategic leadership and for oversight of the company's administrative functions, including Legal, Government Affairs and Corporate Services. Before joining Nike in 2007, he was an associate at international law firms for four years and served as Senior Vice President, Law & Government Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he worked for over 20 years.

Ron graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government. He received his law degree from the Harvard Law School, where he served as editor and business manager of the Harvard Civil Rights / Civil Liberties Law Review. Ron serves on the Dean's Council of the Harvard Law School Association and the Council of Cornell University. He is also a member of the Council of Foreign Relations and the World Affairs Council, and previously served as a director of Knight Ridder, Inc., prior to its purchase by the McClatchy Corporation.
