Nike warrants your bat to be free of material or workmanship flaws. This is a limited warranty good for one year from the original date of purchase and subject to the written terms and conditions contained in the warranty affixed to the bat. An original dated receipt or copy of original date receipt is required for any return.

If Nike finds the bat to have a material or workmanship flaw, Nike will replace the bat one time only with the same bat (if available) or a similar Nike product, at Nike's option. Replacement bats are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt and inspection. If the bat is not found to have a material or workmanship flaw, it will be returned with a note of explanation.

The following WILL NOT be accepted:

Products which Nike determines to be free of any materials or workmanship flaw; returns requested because of size and style complaints; products purchased at a Nike Factory Outlet Store (which must be returned or exchanged at the store location); products purchased by consumers residing outside of the United States. If you feel your product may have a materials or workmanship flaw you can set a claim here.

To receive inspection services, any and all items returned to Nike must meet the following requirements:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and Nike will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Each item returned must have a Nike claim number.
  • The Nike claim number must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container.
  • Only one returned item per claim number is allowed.
  • Multiple returned items in a shipping container must have an equal number of claim numbers. Example: 2 Bats must have 2 claim numbers on the outside of the shipping box. Any discrepancy will result in the entire contents returned to sender without inspection.
  • Shipments received at any Nike location without proper claim numbers will be returned to sender without inspection.
  • Nike is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.

  • Write the claim number on the original dated receipt or copy of original dated receipt, tape it to the barrel of the bat and ship it with an insured, traceable delivery service to:

  • Include a brief note with your name, shipping address, phone number, and a description of the claimed product flaw.
  • Ship the package with an insured and traceable delivery service. Nike assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Hand deliveries are not accepted.
