Our 2nd Tier program is a significant key to the success of Nike Supplier Diversity.

Second tier diverse direct spend is the amount your company pays to diverse suppliers for goods or services that directly support the fulfillment of a Nike contract or work order.

We request our majority (prime) suppliers to report direct 2nd tier spend with diverse suppliers quarterly.
