&lt;p&gt;Expand the reach of sport: Fuel business growth by creating new sports services and experiences through our communities and partners. Oversee the management and integration of the geography?s community investments and key strategic partnerships and programs into the brand and category?s strategic plans.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead the business to ensure that SB+I is contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the regions and delivering visibility inside the category?s business planning process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with the regional Brand Managers and external community partners to maximize the opportunities Nike?s consumer?s brand experience presents to positively affect social/environmental change in communities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Consult to the business on how they will integrate these experiences into digital/brand events etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate and integrate region-specific strategies for the categories/geographies and select initiatives that are in line with brand priorities and consumer insight that are intended to inspire and elevate our Brand.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Position SB+I as a competitive advantage for Nike as a recognized leader in social and environmental innovation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the management and integration of the geography?s community investments and key strategic partnerships and programs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Focus on supporting the global football category?s club and federation attack strategy for the region.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and develop opportunities for innovation in support of the SB+I Marketplace mission to deliver business growth in the region.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and communicate SB+I stakeholder engagement strategies designed to establish meaningful and comprehensive relationships and partnerships with a broad and diverse array of governmental and issue leaders, (sport based) community stakeholders from all demographically represented communities and groups, key influencers, and others important to Nike.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;REQUIREMENTS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly developed ability to think strategically about opportunities and challenges at the intersection of business and community needs; familiarity in targeting communities and community participation through corporate marketing functions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven brand experience in executing strategic plans that connect the values of an leading brand to consumers and communities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to inform, influence, motivate and secure commitment of senior management to support new strategic initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven internal communications experience and capability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledgeable about strategic corporate philanthropy, the community, social issues, and the nonprofit sector.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A sophisticated understanding of the regional landscape and inter-relationships between various stakeholders including key influencers, elected officials, non-profit leaders and other key external business.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge and expertise working and partnering with organizations in the non-profit and governmental sectors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Success in developing and managing grant programs and initiatives, and relationship programs with influencers and other key external business partners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Public speaking experience and persuasive, dynamic presentations skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working with youth and/or physical activity/sports and recreation programs preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prefer experience delivering innovative solutions to social/environmental issues with community partners via sport.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thorough knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Access.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Certifications&lt;/b&gt;: Bachelor's degree in Community Affairs, Marketing, Public Relations, Government Relations or related field plus a minimum 5 years experience in corporate marketing functions and programs, particularly those targeting communities and community participation 2 additional years in lieu of degree.&lt;/p&gt;
