Processpecialisten (2-ploegenomgeving ) De processpecialist zorgt ervoor dat de operationele doelstellingen in onze distributiemagazijnen gehaald worden door de planning te vertalen naar shift-/dagdoelen en de nodige manning. In zijn/haar dagelijks werk legt hij/zij alle focus op het efficiënt verlopen van de werkprocessen. De processpecialist zoekt continu naar verbeteringen en geeft leiding aan een team van medewerkers goederenstroom. Doe je deze taken graag? Procesbeheersing en continue verbetering: ? Je stemt de verschillende afdelingen op elkaar af om de vooropgestelde doelen te behalen. ? Je verdiept je in de interne processen en goederenstroom parameters . ? Je werkt mee aan projecten ter verbetering van processen en efficiëntie. Uitbouwen van een high performing specialisten team: ? Je stelt team- en individuele afspraken op en stuurt, ontwikkelt en evalueert de medewerkers. ? Je motiveert de medewerkers continu. ? Behalen van operationele doelstellingen: ? Je vertaalt de operationele doelstellingen (volume, productiviteit) in een werkplan met shift-/dagdoelen. ? Je waakt over een gepaste verdeling van het aantal beschikbare medewerkers in functie van werkplan en beoogde KPI?s. ? Je rapporteert over de behaalde resultaten. ? Account Operations Development Manager - WE/CEE Headquarters, Netherlands

Main tasks

MISSION
Drive & execute Service Model Differentiation strategy with International, National and Specialty Accts across Europe to support Europe growth and account strategic plans. This by liaising with the Pan-European x-functional team, managing the relationship with both Nike Europe, Account, Country and Category teams (Sales/Marketing) as well as Nike Europe Operations functions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Planning
Contribute to the design of a Europe 3 year AOPS Strategic Plan to Drive translation of Nike Europe and Global OPS strategies into specific Europe SMD strategies to ensure alignment with senior operations management direction as well as regional/ country/ commercial direction.

Contribute to the Europe AOPS business plan.
? Lead AOMs in countries to design and maintain a rolling 3 year Operations Strategic plan per Strategic Account, containing a Supply Chain Integration roadmap with clearly defined milestones for the capability build and roll out.
? Advise both Nike senior management and management within accounts on the recommended service and supply chain strategy for the specific accounts/categories.
Supply Chain Improvement
? Develop a thorough understanding in the AOPS team of the Nike commercial business and supply chain capabilities/ opportunities across Europe.
? Drive improvement initiatives to support the Global Operations mission to ?make Supply Chain an engine for growth? for Nike in Europe.
? Ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored through specific metrics by account against the agreed SLA / Service Models and drive actions to improve accordingly. Key performance indicators are:
o Store shelf availability
o DIFOT
o DSI
o Supply Chain cost as a % of net revenue
o Customer claims and queries
? Lead the market thru SMD implementation.
? Provide structured feed-back on customers? future service requirements to the Business Development team in ELC for them to build the Logistic Development Strategy in alignment to real customers needs.

Building relationships and influencing (in and external)
? Build a strong relationship with all Operations stakeholders in EHQ and ELC to efficiently manage and maintain the Supply Chain Request Process, ensuring all affected parties are conveniently involved and informed on the SC investments in our top accounts
? Communicate and obtain broad buy in amongst business leaders related to the implementation of SC initiatives and strategies.
? Facilitate cross-functional decision making related to Service Model Differentiation for the different Account Tiers (International, national, Regional, SVA, Specialty, Distributors)
? Continuously look for ways to optimize customer relationships and mutual profitability for Nike and the customer. Keep abreast of the country market and retail environment and the impacts on Customer Operations by using personal contacts, knowledge and publications etc.
? Bring the voice of the customer into the Customer Operations organization.

Project Management
? Represent AOPS in project groups of those projects related to Customer Supply Chain Capability Building
? Liaise with CoEs across Ops functions to start small projects when specific process improvement are detected that require x-functional process/systems support
? Hold the accountability and support all projects undertaken by AOMs in Europe
? Represent the Supply Chain and lead its development in x-functional Programs led by any other function, specially Sales.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or Technical field
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Sales or Account management. Proven skills in managing relationships in a supplier/customer environment. Proven skills in implementing various complex supply chain related improvement projects
Preference: Relevant experience in a supply chain role in a retail environment is a pre.
Language skills other than English are a pre. Nike operations/sales experience is a pre.
Languages: Fluency in English. Both written and spoken.

Strategy and Business Development Director

Design, develop the long term logistics (supply chain) capability set that is required to support business growth for Nike Europe (Nike Inc brands) and its relevant customer base with maximum customer value generation for all stakeholders.

Ensure the implementation of relevant solutions in a timely, qualitative and cost effective way. Lead, coach & empower the team to individual/team growth and successful delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

Steer, design & implement the Business Development vision and strategy.
Envision and effectively communicate how Nike Logistics Europe makes a better future through customer value generation for all stakeholders.
Build a network and relationship with key internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Retail, Merchandising, etc) and key customers.
Develop a logistics research framework (internal and external supported).
Create an innovative vision for Business Development and create a logistics master plan.

Required Experience:

You have a university degree in Economics or similar through experience.
You have 10 years work experience in a multinational (European), logistics environment as a Supply Chain professional.
You have experience in SC analysis work (process/data) and links to systems (ERP, WMS, ..).
Your project management and strategic planning experiences are a plus.
You are good in managing teams with direct and indirect reports and are able tot define vision and strategy and implement with a team.
You are able to build bridges, with a positive attitude, drive and energy.
You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English.
You have up-to-date PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook ...), process mapping (Visio) and your database knowledge & SAP experience is a plus.
