&lt;li&gt;Participate independently in projects as a functional expert and take the lead on major projects. (i.e., Projects may involve a team of professionals and/or managers representing a cross section of HR functions.) Projects typically impact multiple systems, processes or third-party administrators.   &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as lead for Benefit Administration team to work in collaboration with Benefit COE and Field Service teams, HR Operations, HR IT and Payroll to successfully bring new and revised benefits programs on-line.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Serve as second level resource for unique benefit administration issues which cannot be resolved by Customer Service. This includes problem resolution, HR Operations and IT liaison, reporting, vendor interface and user training.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the quality and accuracy of HR information as used by Nike management, third-party administrators and regulatory authorities.  This includes utilizing software tools such as Excel, Access and PeopleSoft Query to effectively audit data integrity, coordinating problem resolution with insurers/administrators, evaluating service levels and recommending changes.  Also includes monitoring and analyzing HR information flow through manual and automated processes.  &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The HR Operations Reporting Analyst is a service provider to HR Shared Services, HR Business, and Senior Line Management, to fulfill information, analysis, and reporting needs of these groups.  The Reporting Analyst will leverage existing Nike Tools such as BRIO, MS Access, MS Excel, PeopleSoft, and Active Recruiter to fulfill these report requests.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Report Writing:&lt;/b&gt;  Provide timely metrics, statistics, and informational analysis to HR Management.  Metrics and analysis are in response to Quarterly Saratoga requirements, Organizational Health Metrics, Compensation &amp; Benefits-related budget metrics, and other similar business essential reporting requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
