&lt;p&gt;Support the company's goals and objectives by providing well-informed, timely and effective legal advice. Manage the employment law workload and staff.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide advice and counsel to HR and ER managers in various European countries and participate with leadership team for HR on general employment issues, including consideration and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance with laws and rules and employment practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist the Global Employment Counsel in selecting and managing outside counsel for employment litigation (primarily employment claims) involving NIKE. Participate in review of pleadings and matters submitted on behalf of NIKE and lead the process through resolution. Coordinate and supervise response to administrative charges and potential claims against the company.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide advice and counsel to business units with regard to legal compliance issues affecting employees and assist the Global Employment Counsel in developing strategy to respond to compliance issues generally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;REQUIREMENTS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Education: 4-year Degree in Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts or equivalent college degree. Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree is preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience: At least 6 years' experience exclusively in employment law covering a variety of countries in Europe in corporate and/or private practice setting with emphasis on following specialty areas: litigation, administrative proceedings, compliance issues, and negotiation of executive level contracts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Technical: PC based word processing and legal research skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Il candidato ideale è laureato/neolaureato in giurisprudenza da non oltre 18 mesi. Ha una buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel e PowerPoint in particolare), una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta e possiede una buona conoscenza delle normative Italiane e comunitarie sulla proprietà intellettuale. Completano il profilo orientamento al risultato, umiltà, riservatezza, affidabilità, capacità organizzativa, precisione e cura dei dettagli, autonomia e buone doti relazionali.

?Contatti con dogane e Guardia di Finanza per comunicazioni riguardanti i loro interventi
?Gestione e archiviazione delle citazioni 
?Contatti con i consumatori finali 
?Traduzioni di vario genere (italiano-inglese; inglese-italiano)
?Attività amministrativa varia (controllo e archiviazione fatture)
?Organizzazione archivio relativo a perizie tecniche
?Monitoriaggio procedimenti penali e civili in corso 
?Attività di intelligence</description>
