Sales Execution: 
Optimize sales of Nike Golf product by achieving sales goals with assigned account base.  Accountable for selling to Green Grass; Off Course or SportsTrade golf accounts through ?Futures?, ?At-Once? and ?Close Out? business. Manage cancellations, closeout and at once sales. Measure performance against goal through seasonal sales reports. Identify product opportunities and execute product and category strategies. Stay current on product and product changes. Account management

Planning:
Work with sales manager to develop account base plans targeting all accounts.  For designated accounts develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

Account Management:  
Manage the assigned account base through in-person and telephone meetings with accounts. Accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.  Meet all order deadlines in a timely and consistent manner using SROC. Work with accounts on credit issues and concerns in close conjunction with finance  
 
Communication: 
Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships.  Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel. Communicate as appropriate with account, manager, customer service, and sales operations.  Keep manager informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed. Share expertise and best practice information with the sales team. 

Marketplace Management:  
Use knowledge of local market and competitors to better position Nike Golf product with accounts. Use differential strategy with accounts and achieve seasonal initiative and product category goals. Balance the merchandising needs of top accounts with Nike Golf product placement objectives.

Meeting Facilitation/Participation: 
Accountable for the preparation, planning and delivery of clear and persuasive sales line presentations.  Actively participate in account and Nike Golf meetings including pre-lines and sales meetings.  


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
?2 to 3 years of strategic or key account experience preferred.
?Prefer a strong understanding of the Nike organization and Nike Golf product lines.  

Technical: 
?Must be able to develop knowledge of golf industry and of trends in the marketplace.
?Must have intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to learn and effectively use SROC order entry systems.   
?Must understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
?Must be able to use financial data to make sound decisions on the maximization of revenues, profits and sales opportunities.
