Business planning

Financial control 
Monitor all controllable store costs to minimize expenditure and maximize bottom line contribution.  Pay particular attention to salaries ensuring that sufficient staff is available at all times, whilst working to the agreed payroll percent.  

Team Leadership 
Lead the store management team by example, establishing mutually agreed and appropriate performance objectives for each individual.  Establish effective ways of reviewing performance against objectives, ensuring that regular coaching is provided to support individuals within the management team. Communication
Ensure clear and effective methods of communication are in place within the store in order to ensure that the management team is aware of all current and future business developments. Training &amp; Development
