As our part-time Custodian, you'll perform routine cleaning procedures and ensure a sanitary work area throughout Nike's campus. You'll follow chemical usage directions and departmental procedures to clean, sanitize and maintain work areas to Custodial Services standards. You'll also restock supplies to assure customer usage needs are satisfied; effectively respond to unexpected changes in work volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling revisions; and effectively use resources in a way that preserves equipment and uses supplies in a cost-effective fashion. This opportunity also involves completing supply requisitions in order to maintain adequate levels of supply and equipment inventories. In addition, you'll assure proper use of chemicals and equipment; maintain logs and inspect all safety equipment before use; follow departmental standards and procedures for handling infectious waste, recycling and trash disposal; and report needed repairs or potential hazards to management. Work shift is 5pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Materials Handler - Campus Facilities - ,

As our Materials Handler for Campus Facilities, you'll spend a majority of your time performing physical, labor-intensive duties as you deliver and retrieve furniture and requested workspace product for end users based on current guidelines and standards. You'll follow instructions and requests generated by Furniture Request Forms or Materials Handling Request Forms, organize and schedule deliveries and set-ups as required, assist and perform departmental moves as required and return furniture and requested product to storage as required after moves. You'll develop familiarization of Nike building standards for furnishings and related workspace accessories. You'll assist in maintaining standards through scheduled building "walk through" assessments. You'll return obsolete and unused product to storage and process to established inventory storage guidelines. You'll assist the Project Managers with furniture and steel shelving reconfigurations, installation and remodel projects. You'll perform installation when necessary and check installations for accuracy when performed by outside vendors. You'll support the Facilities Planning Team by participating in specific project implementations that focus on improving processes that have an impact on business. In addition, you'll act as a contact and resource for employees including answering questions and responding to special requests.

Lifeguard/Swim Instructor - Part-time - ,

As our Part-time Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, you'll provide for the safety and well being of Nike Sports Center members by demonstrating preventative life guarding skills and techniques; and providing professional high-quality instruction in a variety of swim techniques and aquatic fitness for all skill levels, and creating an environment that succeeds in offering the highest quality of safety and service. You'll recognize non-life threatening and life threatening situations and quickly assess the level and type of assistance required. You'll also administer first aid, emergency, rescue techniques and resuscitation, and determine if additional emergency assistance is needed; perform quality checks and water chemical level checks and respond to reports from members regarding pool and pool equipment; and teach a variety of swim and aquatic exercise classes in accordance with a defined program. In addition, you'll attend monthly in-service training to ensure technical and professional expertise is current with industry and Sports Center standards and practices. Senior Guest Services Representative - ,

As our Senior Guest Services Representative, you'll serve as the primary and first level contact for all event attendees, vendors, visitors, employees and walk-in job applicants to provide hospitality, front desk, and reception services for World Headquarters Meetings and Events attendees/clients of the Tiger Woods Center (TWC), Edo, and Columbia buildings. You'll greet visitors/attendees, answer questions about a variety of areas including daily event schedules, appropriate meeting room locations, directions and map printouts, local restaurant recommendations, and other Nike services. You'll also be available to contact other staff when clients/vendors arrive for appointments; receive/send faxes, make photocopies and arrange courier service. You'll serve as the key contact and resource for vendors, contractors and clients when event planners are not available by contacting other staff and departments via two-way radio to communicate and coordinate client event changes or requests and to appropriately transfer event-related supplies, equipment and product delivered to the facility. You'll follow proper procedures and open and close the facility according to established standards on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for event support by providing operational support for events to include client check-in, confirmation for meeting rooms and catering to ensure accuracy, availability and timeliness. You'll confirm collateral materials are sent to appropriate locations, assist with adjustments to transportation arrangements or hotel rooming lists, provide name badge/binder distribution and attendee registration assistance, and create table tent cards, name badges and specialty signage. You'll also support to the event services team and perform research and quotes/bids for competitive pricing for equipment and services, purchase event specific materials, create event props, check inventory of event collateral or other materials, process Nike comp orders, track department invoice charges, compile and process event waivers, ship promotional materials, and act as primary contact for vendor registration. You'll also be responsible for administrative work within the facility. You'll maintain a current working knowledge of operational systems and technology pertaining to various TWC systems including the SCALA Video Information, EBMS, Lobby Paging and phones. You'll work with supervisor, telecommunications and Technical Services to resolve issues in a timely manner. You'll enter the data for final event charge back in EBMS, verify and reconcile catering consumptions for accuracy and update order, verify and reconcile vendor invoices and guest services labor or vendor service costs. In addition, you'll be responsible to maintain a supply of Nike maps and TWC floor plans and provide to clients and attendees upon request and order at appropriate time to ensure a proper supply is kept at the reception desk and track office supplies and order when necessary.

Video Technical Specialist - WHQ Meetings and Events - ,

As our Video Technical Specialist, you'll perform technical audio, video, lighting, and data systems production functions in order to enable successful execution of events, meetings and presentations with an emphasis on presentation excellence quality standards. You'll maintain and operate audiovisual equipment and technical systems for the Tiger Woods Center (TWC) and for off-site facilities. You'll also set-up and operate audio/visual systems and production equipment; work in a team environment with additional technicians, vendors and production companies; and communicate with clients to get clear direction and run-of-show information. This opportunity also involves setting up, engineering, and testing the technical systems to ensure event success, anticipating potential technical problems and developing problem resolution strategies and contingencies. In addition, you'll perform equipment operation procedures to ensure safe set-up, operation and shutdown of audio/visual systems; assist with the tracking and detailing of production event budgets and advise client of any changes to original budget or other limitations; and develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and equipment and production vendors.
