As our Payroll Director, you&amp;#39;ll lead Nike&amp;#39;s US Payroll department to develop, maintain and continuously improve procedures and processes that meet federal and state requirements. You&amp;#39;ll direct day-to-day US Payroll operations in order to produce accurate and timely paychecks, W2s, reports and information, and ensure compliance with Nike policies and internal audit guidelines. You&amp;#39;ll also develop annual business plans and budgets; select, train, develop and supervise our Payroll staff; and manage department workflow, assignments, scheduling and efficiencies. In addition, you&amp;#39;ll ensure that payroll issues are handled effectively; monitor processes and customer service levels; and identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</description>
