As our Employee Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:

Deliver the services that drive key business results

As our Business Partner for our Memphis Operations, you'll lead the Distribution Center (DC) leadership in Organizational Capability & HR Planning, Talent Management, Compensation & Total Rewards and Infrastructure. You'll support the Field Service teams execution in all areas, focused on business outcomes, through the leveraging of efficiencies and effectiveness implemented through best practices and key performance indicators. You'll drive pipeline ownership and accountability for talent from the leadership level in partnership with Talent Management. In addition, you'll foster strong DC leadership identity and communication with world headquarters implementing a cohesive strategy while maintaining the unique identity of the DC.

Human Resources Business Partner - Finance & Corporate Functions - ,

As our Business Partner for Finance and Corporate Functions, you'll develop a vision, strategy and game plan to move corporate functions to a global inc. model. You'll lead your business partners at the executive level in Organizational Capability & HR Planning, Talent Management, Compensation & Total Rewards and Infrastructure. You'll drive strong collaboration with Center of Excellence and Field Service teams focused on business outcomes encompassing headquarters and field offices through the leveraging of efficiencies and effectiveness implemented through best practices and key performance indicators. You'll drive pipeline ownership and accountability for talent from the leadership level in partnership with Talent Management. In addition, you'll partner with finance to utilize best practices for balance score carding and critical metric methodology.

Sr. Executive Compensation Analyst - ,

As our Senior Executive Compensation Analyst, you'll actively participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of Nike's executive compensation programs including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives. You'll provide advanced-level consulting and analysis on total compensation elements to our HR and Senior Management teams. You'll also provide recommendations that balance fairness and equity with cost effectiveness for Nike; conduct job analysis and evaluations, assess internal and external comparisons, create competitive market zones, and make band and salary recommendations. You'll also provide consultation on compensation packages for new hires, internal transfers, and global transferee assignments. In addition, you'll provide support to other team members on executive compensation related activities and projects as needed.

Payroll Tax Analyst - ,

As our Payroll Tax Analyst, you'll calculate taxes for domestic payrolls, including subsidiaries. You'll maintain permanent record of all exercises, foreign and domestic. Ensure UI rates are entered correctly in Peoplesoft. You'll work with various tax authorities - IRS, States, and Local. Assist Tax Department and run various reports as requested and maintain files and records of payments and returns. You'll register with new tax authorities as required by business and complete Multiple Worksite reports, ss required by states. You'll also work with various departments to ensure tax compliance for all entities in all jurisdictions. In addition, you'll attend meetings and planning sessions as required.

As our Payroll Specialist, you'll perform complex payroll calculations using specialized knowledge to minimize any negative impact on employee pay and records, including earnings, benefits coverage, taxes and personal deductions. You'll resolve payroll issues that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable areas quickly and accurately. You'll also audit daily paperwork, input for accuracy and make changes as necessary in the payroll systems; print and utilize system-generated audit reports; submit official forms to our File Clerks for proper filing and retention; and analyze and maintain the integrity of the payroll system. This opportunity also involves developing and maintaining close working relationships with key personnel in various business groups to ensure payroll accuracy. In addition, you'll communicate with our Human Resources Customer Service and Employee Records departments regarding deadlines, data entry and training issues.

As our Payroll Director, you'll lead Nike's US Payroll department to develop, maintain and continuously improve procedures and processes that meet federal and state requirements. You'll direct day-to-day US Payroll operations in order to produce accurate and timely paychecks, W2s, reports and information, and ensure compliance with Nike policies and internal audit guidelines. You'll also develop annual business plans and budgets; select, train, develop and supervise our Payroll staff; and manage department workflow, assignments, scheduling and efficiencies. In addition, you'll ensure that payroll issues are handled effectively; monitor processes and customer service levels; and identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
