You&amp;#39;ll coach and mentor staff as well as plan and collaborate with HR for the individual development of staff, make hiring decisions, drive performance management, recognition and rewards. You&amp;#39;ll develop team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance. You&amp;#39;ll lead and inspire the team to develop and innovate and implement progressive chemical processes and standards. You&amp;#39;ll implement defined functional standard protocol and direction of chemical engineering work in product creation to elevate product through the use of new technologies and processes. You&amp;#39;ll direct assigned chemical engineering related project work to completion, keeping focus on work which will be applicable and impact future commercialization efforts. You&amp;#39;ll ensure product creation projects meet deadlines without chemical issues, in collaboration with Development teams, Product Creation Centers and offshore manufacturing teams. You&amp;#39;ll be an active member of the functional management team working closely with Regional Chemical Engineering in developing short term and long term agenda for the function. You&amp;#39;ll also disassemble, clean and reassemble the loading system, tooling, molds and other necessary auxiliary equipment; set equipment temperatures, screw speed, blow mold process parameters, mold temperatures and conveyor belt speeds; and fine-tune process parameters until parts are within specification and cycle times. This opportunity also involves continuously monitoring operating conditions and inspecting finished parts. In addition, you&amp;#39;ll operate panametric thickness measuring equipment and analyze results; assist in training new level Machine Operators, assist other Machine Operators with troubleshooting equipment; and handle securing orders, setting up cards and specification sheets, retaining samples and raw materials and packaging material and skids.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

You&amp;#39;ll help maintain the safety vending machines as well as issue parts usage reports. You&amp;#39;ll identify, and issue machine parts using our manuals, drawings and computerized inventory system. You&amp;#39;ll be responsible for sending parts out for repairs. You&amp;#39;ll use your communication skills to assist the maintenance team, engineers and production personnel with issues that may arise as well as ensure technicians are accurately using the goods movement system. You&amp;#39;ll work closely with the maintenance supervisor on scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PMs), tracking PM&amp;#39;s, and ensure parts and materials are in inventory and coordinate materials needed for PMs, projects, safety projects, and maintain files and reconcile estimated usage with actual usage. In addition, you&amp;#39;ll also work closely with the Sr. Administrative Assistant on equipment strategies and Bill of Materials (BOM&amp;#39;s).&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
